About Me
Serving Clients in Westminster Since 2016
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing mental health therapy in Westminster, Maryland. I received my undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) and my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I have nearly 20 years of experience working with clients in inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. My areas of expertise include suicide prevention, intervention and postvention; co-occurring disorders, mood & anxiety disorders and trauma. I work with adults and young adults (18 and older). I approach therapy as a collaborative effort with a strengths-based, holistic perspective. I believe that the therapeutic process is a partnership between the clinician and the client with the primary focus of treatment being enhancing skills to attain overall physical, spiritual and mental wellness.

Therapy Dog in Training
I'm a lively Golden Doodle pup with AKC Canine Good Citizen Certification. I'm currently registered as an emotional support animal. I've been coming to the office and meeting clients since I turned 8 weeks old. My fur is super soft and I love when clients pet me or give me tummy rubs. Right now, because I'm a pup, I have lots of energy and enjoy going for walks, playing fetch and chewing on bones. While I try not to jump when I'm excited to see clients, it's still something I'm working on. Please contact my mom using the info below if you're interested in setting up an appointment.
